I knew Edith and Bert her husband as family friends for over 30 years (from 1978), as my family and I lived in the same village only a couple of roads apart. I lost touch with Edith when my father who had remained living in the village died in 2009. My son also knew her as Special Grandma Edith. I have been searching for information about Edith for a few years now and would be grateful to be able to see a clearer image of the stone.
